Camera-Registered Laser Cutting
Our proprietary software detects registration marks on pre-printed sheets and automatically corrects for offset, rotation and distortion. The result: contour cuts that precisely follow the printed artwork — sheet after sheet, with consistent accuracy.
Unlike off-the-shelf solutions, our camera registration system was developed entirely in-house. This gives us full control over every parameter — from marker detection algorithms to real-time correction during cutting. The system adapts to your specific requirements, not the other way around.
Screen Printing + Laser Under One Roof
What sets us apart: we control the entire process chain in-house. Our fully automated screen printing line (INO) combined with our laser imaging system for screen production delivers the printed substrates. Our laser systems then cut, perforate or engrave the finished parts — all under one roof, with zero handoff losses.
