Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between WS-Media GmbH and its customers. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

§ 2 Offers and Contracts

Our offers are subject to change and non-binding. A contract is only concluded when we confirm the order in writing or deliver the goods.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

All prices are in Euros, net, plus statutory VAT and shipping costs. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 14 days of invoice date without deduction.

§ 4 Delivery

Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise. We are entitled to make partial deliveries if this is reasonable for the customer.

§ 5 Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all claims arising from the business relationship.

§ 6 Warranty

The warranty period is 12 months from delivery. Obvious defects must be reported immediately, but no later than 8 days after receipt of the goods.

§ 7 Liability

Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are affected. The liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

§ 8 Applicable Law

German law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Chemnitz, Germany.
