In 2025, we invested in a state-of-the-art galvo laser system with a Coherent laser source that can process materials directly from roll. This enables efficient production of cut parts for the textile industry with previously unattainable precision and speed.
Our CO2 laser systems offer you the possibility to produce cut parts in quantities from 1 piece to series production with several thousand pieces. Whether prototypes, small series or large-scale production - we deliver the quality you need.
Conventional
Traditional laser systems move the entire laser head on a mechanical rail system. This limits speed due to the mass that needs to be accelerated.
Galvo Technology
Our new galvo laser uses magnetically controlled mirrors to direct the beam. With virtually no mass to move, it achieves incredible speed.
Galvo Technology: Speed Through Innovation
While conventional laser cutters move the entire laser head on rails, our new galvo laser works with a stationary optic. A high-performance Coherent laser source – one of the world's leading manufacturers of industrial laser sources – combined with two ultra-fast galvanometer mirrors directs the laser beam with magnetic precision across the work surface.
The result: Cutting speeds that are many times faster than conventional systems - especially for complex contours and fine details. Perfect for high-volume production of textile parts.
